This bag contains 11.0 ounces of uncooked and freshly freeze dried whole USDA Prime New York strip steaks, which is the equivalent of 2-3/4 pounds / 44 ounces of gourmet trimmed New York strip steaks if purchased at your local high-end butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried NY strip steaks will weigh approximately 4 ounces of fresh steaks when rehydrated with water.
This package of steaks has already be hand trimmed for you and they are ready to cook to taste. Rehydrate one steak and seal the rest for later - or serve the whole pack to please a crowd!
