This bag contains 2.75 ounces of sting beans, which is the equivalent of 16.6 ounces/just over a pound if purchased at your local farmers market once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried beans will weigh approximately 6 ounces of fresh beans when rehydrated.
